Chien & Buffle Wedding Studio Experience Giveaway – Official Rules & Regulations

1. SPONSOR

The Chien & Buffle Wedding Studio Experience Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Chien & Buffle, located at 50 Maiden Lane, San Francisco, CA 94108 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Participants must be engaged and planning a wedding to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to enter.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on February 23, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on March 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (“Entry Period”). The winner will be selected and announced on March 10, 2025.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

  1. Follow all three of the following Instagram accounts:

  2. Tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the official giveaway post.

  3. Fill out the required form, providing:

    • First Name & Last Name

    • Wedding Date

    • Instagram Handle (for winner verification)

    • Email Address

Incomplete entries, automated entries, or entries that do not follow all required steps will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM and email on March 10, 2025. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE

The winner will receive the Chien & Buffle Wedding Studio Experience, which includes:

  • A professional studio photoshoot for the winner and their significant other.

  • Studio-ready makeup for both individuals.

  • Access to a selection of bridal dresses for the photoshoot.

  • The experience will take place at the Chien & Buffle flagship store in Union Square, San Francisco on a mutually agreed-upon date.

No cash or prize substitution is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control that impair the integrity of the promotion.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to allow Chien & Buffle to use their names, images, and likenesses from the photoshoot for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and any affiliated parties from any liability, damages, or claims related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected for this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and notifying the winner. It will not be shared with third parties.

11. DISPUTES

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco, California.
